Release Day at The Cat's Pajamas!

Welcome to the Cat's Pajamas Blog Hop!  If you came here from Julie's blog, you're in the right place.

It's finally here, the last release of the year at The Cat's Pajamas!  I had a ton of fun creating with this latest release.  I really love lots of layers of patterned paper and anything shabby chic, so I love how this card turned out.  But the wow factor is apparent when you open it.  The brand new Corner PopUp die is so easy to use and incredibly versatile!  I used it once on the inside of my card, but you could use it multiple times to increase the depth of your project.  Also versatile, the new Happy stamp set, a great year round set that you'll use again and again.  In addition to these new items, I used a few of my favorite CutUps dies;  the Star Rosette, and Presents,

Don't forget to visit the rest of the Cat Pack for more beautiful projects using the latest release.  Next on the hop is Wendy.  You can start at the beginning by going to Deborah's blog.

The Cat's Pajamas Sneak Peek Week

Hello Friends.  It's that time again!  Sneaky Peek Week for The Cat's PajamasAvailable on Tuesday, November 21st are four dies and three stamp sets. This is the last release of the year.

I've been in Christmas mode, so this was a welcome break from all of the holiday tinsel and trees! I have to admit, I'm not a bear person.  I just don't look twice at stamps that showcase bears.  However, once I finished coloring this little guy, I fell in love with the Sent with Love stamp set.  He's so stinkin' cute! I think he'd make an adorable Valentine, but really he's usable all year.  For this card, I used the Fancy Flip die.  This versatile die can be used to make a flip card such as this one, or an easel card, which I used in my next sample.

For my next card, I made an easel card using the Fancy Flip die.  You'll notice the time theme in the Time Out stamp set and the Clock die.  But I think the first thing you'll notice is the Wings die set.  Wow! Can you believe the embossed detail in the wings? I used gilding wax to really accentuate the feathers.  This set is definitely going in my favorites pile.

Last for today,  I used the beautiful Blessed die to create a simple, understated card.  I feel the pretty font and size of the die stands alone.  (Sorry, this card did not photograph very well.)

Hi Friends!  The Cat's Pajamas October release is all about Christmas!   Available today are four new stamp sets and three new die sets., which are available in The Cat's Pajamas shop.  The entire Cat Pack has created some fabulous cards for your holiday inspiration.  If you arrived here from Jessie's blog you are right on track. If not, start at the beginning at Brenda's blog.  Your next stop on the blog hop will be to Julie's blog.

I chose to keep it simple with my card for today.  I absolutely love the Presents die set, so many possibilities!  I cut the presents in white, embossed them with small polka dots, and topped them off with silver mirror paper bows.  My sentiment is from the simply adorable We 3 Snowmen stamp set.

We have four new stamp sets and three new dies that will be released on October 17.  We are on the second day, so if you haven't already gone to Nancy's blog, you should definitely see what she has created with the fabulous October release.  Each designer in the Cat Pack will be showcasing their projects on a different day, so stop by The Cat's Pajamas blog everyday to see who is on the schedule.

Today, Michele Ferguson & I will both be sharing our projects. You can view Michele's blog here.

For my first card, I used the Rudolph die for a simple, but sweet holiday card.  I also used the Reindeer Games stamp set for my sentiment.

For my second card, I used the Holiday Window Duos die set to create my shaker. The cute little snowman is from the We 3 Snowman stamp set.  All three snowmen in this set are adorable, so it was hard to choose which one I like best!  The sentiment is from the Fat Cat Christmas set.

It's time for The Cat's Pajamas September release!

If you came here from Jessie's blog, you are in the right place. If you didn't, hop on back to Julie's Blog and start this hop from the start.

OMG!  This bunny witch in the Creep It Real set from The Cat's Pajamas is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time! Halloween is my favorite occasion to create for, so I had so much fun creating this Halloween treat holder. I also used the Fancy Flip Frames for my sentiment.

For my second project, I toned down my colors a bit and went for a vintage shabby look.  I love that the Christmas Cookies stamp set can be used for elegant and fun.  I cut apart the JOY from the Big Holiday Set to make the letters stand out.

Thanks for stopping by.  Now, hop on over to Alma's blog and see what fabulous project she has created!
